Yes! We purchase from any retailer where the item is available. Simply provide the link or details in your order form. Whether it’s a high-street favourite or a luxury boutique, we’ll handle the rest.
There is a minimum order value of £100, whether purchased online or in person. Our service fee is based on order value: 20% for orders between £100 and £499, 17% for orders between £500 and £999, and 15% for orders of £1,000 or more.
Each order also includes a £25 Premium Service & Logistics Fee, which covers secure packaging, handling, and coordination. A £4 FX Handling Fee applies to all orders. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 per kilogram, with full tracking and delivery through our trusted courier partners.
An optional Order Protection Plan is available from £10.
Typically 5–10 business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on DHL transit and customs processing in your country, but tracking is always provided so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
Yes. The AfriSelect Protection Plan covers your order against loss, damage, or misdelivery. It’s automatically included for items up to £300, and we recommend Enhanced Protection for items valued over £500 for full coverage and peace of mind.
Clients are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by their country. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. Refunds are only eligible under specific conditions — such as unavailable items, lost or damaged items under the Protection Plan, or incorrect items shipped.
