Our refund and cancellation policy ensures peace of mind while protecting both your interests and the integrity of our service.
Refund Eligibility

The requested item becomes unavailable from the retailer

Your item is lost or damaged in transit under the AfriSelect Protection Plan

An incorrect item is shipped due to an error on our part.
Refunds do not cover service, packaging, or FX handling fees, as these are administrative and processing costs for services already rendered.
Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before purchase confirmation (i.e., before AfriSelect completes the payment to the retailer).

Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless one of the eligibility conditions above applies.

All cancellations must be requested in writing via email and not WhatsApp.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
1. Contact AfriSelect with your order number and details.
2. Provide proof of payment and purchase.
3. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days once
approved.
